About Unity Life Yoga

My name is Megan, and I am a 700 hour Certified Yoga Instructor, with over 250 hours of teaching experience, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Since 2013, I’ve been on a major health journey that lead me into the world of yoga. (To read more about that, click on My Health Journey above.)

Yoga, in the easiest sense of the word, means "unity." Not just unity with others, but it gives us a feeling of oneness with the world around us and with ourselves. When we feel whole and connected to every molecule of our being, we can truly know ourselves.

I’ve been fortunate to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy.

I absolutely believe that yoga is accessible for every single person, no matter their body type. Everyone could use more yoga and connection in their lives, so I hope to see you soon.

As long as we observe love for others and respect for their rights and dignity in our daily lives, then whether we believe in the Buddha or God, follow some religion or none at all, as long as we have compassion for others and conduct ourselves with restraint out of a sense of responsibility, there is no doubt we will be happy.
